FEATURES OF THE PROJECT
The building is located along Limbazu (Limbažu) Street. The building has four staircases facing South-East. The building has 5 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor, there are 80 apartments, of which there are 10 one-room, 60 two-room and 10 three-room apartments. Balconies are provided for apartments.
The territory of the plot is landscaped with decorative plantings, lawn and has car parking lots.
The multi-apartment residential building is planned to ensure energy efficiency and longevity. Plaster, brick and wood finishes were used in the decoration of the facades. Balcony railings are made of galvanized metal. The building’s material and color solution were designed to fit into the existing urban environment. The building materials used are modern and long-lasting.
