The building is located in the direction of Nicgales treet. The building has four staircases facing South-East. The building has 5 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor, there are 60 apartments, of which there are 10 one-room, 30 two-room and 20 three-room apartments.
The territory of the plot is landscaped with decorative plantings, lawn and has car parking lots.
The multi-apartment residential building is planned to ensure energy efficiency and longevity. The facades were decorated with panels and brick. The building’s material and color solution were designed to fit into the existing urban environment. Building materials used modern and long-lasting.
